Who We Are
A History of
Compassionate Care
Mount Isa Veterinary Surgery has cared for the pets of Mount Isa families for over 45 years.
First established in the late 60's by Dr Gordon Barnett, and then purchased by Dr Len Fulham in 1982, the clinic continues to provide compassionate and continuing care for small animals of all descriptions, under the professional leadership of Dr Gillian Tenni.
Dr Gillian Tenni, who completed her degree in Veterinary Science at the University of Queensland, worked closely with Dr Fulham for five years before taking over the clinic upon his retirement in April 2018.
Gillian and her team provide a range of services, including vaccinations, microchipping, parasite control, ophthalmology, cytology, dental care, radiography, endoscopy, in house blood analysis, as well as general and orthopaedic surgery.
- Finance options are available if needed, such as Vetpay.
- Puppy training is held at the clinic in liaison with Pauline, from the Craig A Murray Dog Training School.
